In order to investigate the effect of sulfur (S) and cattle manure (CM) on pH and macronutrient availability in calcareous soil and accumulation in leaf and seed of canola, a pot experiment was conducted as factorial based on randomized complete block design with four replications during 2009-2010 cropping season. Treatments included four levels of S (0, 1500, 3000 and 4500 kg ha-1) with 2% inoculation in thiobacillus (tb), and three levels of CM (0, 25 and 50 ton ha-1). Results indicated that, application of S and CM together, had the significant effect on the amount of soil pH and total nitrogen (N) and available phosphorous (P) and potassium (K) in soil. The lowest amount of soil pH and the highest amounts of N, P and K in soil were obtained in 4500 kg of S + 50 ton CM ha-1(T12) treatment. The interaction effect between S and CM had the significant effect on the increasing amount of phosphorus and potassium in leaves and maximum amount (0.68 and 2.32 % respectively) occurred in T12 treatment. Application of S and CM together, had not effect on the nitrogen and potassium in leaves significantly. Meanwhile, the highest amount of phosphorus and potassium in seed were concentrated (0.42 and 1.03 % respectively) in T12 treatment.
